I liked that there was a window that opened.

I liked that there was a window that opened. Even though it was cold out, I was able to get some fresh air in the tiny room unlike other guesthouse rooms. It was also very quiet and peaceful.

The TV/cable did not work.

Theres no staff. The room have insects inside. So cold inside the room. Last For my payment they let me pay to the other guest because there is no one at the phone.

Small but very kind.

Although tiny (micro!) the price was very good and the staff I met were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's not often you're greeted with a hug when checking in.

Well, it WAS very tiny... but for the price, that's what you get!

It was dirty, no toilet paper, no to, no mini fridge, staff came around at 11pm asking for payment, the floor was dirty, people smoking on a non smoking floor, etc, etc

good location but not so good for the room

close to subway

hostel is not foreigner friendly. i was not able to find a staff when i reach to check in. all that was left on the counter was a korean phone number to call to arrange check in. the room were kind of dusty and there is alot of bugs (dead and alive)

What was the highlight of Opera House

Getting better each day.

The view from the roof is astonishing and it is the PERFECT place to see the sunrise over the city and the Han-River. Free tea, coffee and noodles at all times. Free rice during meal times. +You can come and leave whenever you want. Check in and out is quite easy.

If you don't speak korean there's too few information. When I arrived my room hasn't been prepared. The toilet was full of sh**, there was garbage on the floor and no one at the hostel, only a korean phone number. When a guest called they had to find someone who speaks english first, who told me I can just enter the room - there is no "check in." I later changed the room and it was fine.

Cheap, but not so cheerful.

The property is right outside the subway (exit 5) which is great. My room on the 9th floor had a good view of the river. 29,000 Won is really cheap for a night in Seoul.

The room was tiny, as was the bed, and there was a bad smell from the bathroom. The staff sent me a nice email so i could self check-in, but then came to collect payment at 5:45 in the morning! There seems to be very little in the immediate local area.

Very close to subway (Nodeul station)couldn't be closer! Very quiet.

No sheets or pillow case (this is apparently normal as they didn't know what l was talking about). Towels small and not as clean as can be expected in a hotel not 'sterile clean' like in major hotels. Strange set up in the shower (toilet in shower) with no pipes evacuating sink, sink water flowing directly on the floor, so very impractical. Every time you need to use the toilet or wash your hands you have to change into plastic tongs.

Nobody cares about anything there.

Nobody cares about anything there. I don't know why this property is on Booking.com . It might be good only for a local Korean student, that brings his own sheets and towels.

I did not like this place at all.

When I arrived there, no staff was available. I had to wait for 2 nights to meet a staff. The owner of this place gave me a phone number, but I did not bring my cell phone from the US because I did not expect this happen. Kitchen is small, the room is much more smaller. Nothing met my expectation. No one cleaned the room, so I had to buy a bloom to clean the room. I cannot believe this exprience.
